Join us for a day of fun and support!

All community members, supporters, and followers welcome!

No snowmobile required.

Breakfast is Free 9 AM - while supplies last!

Service starts at 9 AM, 11 McLeod Street.  Look for signs and snowmobile trailers.  This is the home of Circle T Construction. Registration and first card open.

How to Play:

• Must be 18 years old.

• $10 per hand. 

• Register and pay for you hand(s).  You receive a coupon to record each card drawn.  Draw your first card at Circle T Taproom or Boulder River Roadkill starting at Noon.

  • Enjoy lunch while drawing your first card.

• Draw a single card for each hand at any of these locations between noon and 4:30 PM:

  • Twiggy's Delicatessen (Noon – 3 PM)

  • Legion Lounge

  • The Grand Hotel

  • Timber Bar

  • Napa Stephens' Auto

• Final card 11 McLeod Street, HQ of Circle T Construction (4:30–5:30 PM)

Dinner & Prizes 6 PM, Circle T Construction HQ, 11 McLeod Street:

• BBQ Buffet by Twiggy's Delicatessen $15 adult, $10 for kids 12 and under

  • Buy tickets at the door

• Cash Bar by Highway 191 Café of Melville

• Need not attend dinner to be eligible for Poker Hand Winnings.

• Card coupons must be turned in before 5:30 PM

• Win a door prize during dinner—over 50 prizes to be given away!

• Buy a raffle ticket and you could win one of 14 amazing prizes, retail total of all raffle prizes over $11,000!

• Door prizes drawn during dinner.  More than 50 prizes totaling ~&7,000 available.
